Membership in SAGALA is open to gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered alumni who took the oath of office as a Cadet or Midshipman at one of the the five federal service academies.
Cadets, Midshipmen and officers currently serving on active or reserve duty should strongly consider using your free e-mail account from a provider as yahoo, hotmail or gmail to maintain your anonymity. We do allow for "AKA" names in our roster, however you will still need to be verified by the individual academy rep prior to being accepted into the organization. References to other SAGALA members greatly assists in the verification process.

There is no "associate' membership for other former and current officers of the uniformed services.
